"Packed really well"
My order showed up in great shape, i could tell right away it had been packed with care. The box wasn’t dented at all, and the glass pieces were wrapped up nice and snug. It did take me a little bit to get everything unpacked, but my gut says I’d rather deal with that than open a box full of broken pieces

I do like some of their products, but the customer service was kind of confusing?? I had a simple question about my order and somehow ended up waiting days for a response. When they finally got back to me, the reply felt rushed and not super helpful. Not the best experience overall.

The products were actually nice, and I’m fairly sure I’d buy from them again. The only thing was the rep kept trying to get me to add more than I planned, which felt a bit much. Not a terrible experience, just kind of pushy.

The return took a little longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying, but at the same time it wasn’t really a huge problem. The refund did come through after they processed the return, so I can’t complain too much. Slow, but okay overall

"Website works, but the info could be clearer"
The Princess House website is okay overall, but it definitely tested my patience a bit. I was able to find most of what I needed after clicking around, but some pages took longer to load than I expected. The menu on my phone also felt kind of confusing, and I wish the site did a better job making things clearer instead of leaving me to figure it out. Checkout was fine once I got there, so it’s not a bad site, it just needs to be easier to use and communicate things better

"Not quite the quality I was hoping for"
I ordered a few things from Princess House, i was a little disappointed with the quality. One of the items looked really nice online, but in person it felt lighter and kind of cheaper than I expected. After only a couple of uses, I started noticing small marks on it too. For the price, I just thought it would feel a bit more durable, if that makes sense. Shipping was fine, but overall the products didn’t really feel worth it to me.

I had a problem with one of the pan handles, so I filled out the warranty form and sent it in. Yeah, it took a little back and forth, but that’s kind of expected with warranty stuff. They did end up replacing it, so I can’t really complain. It wasn’t the fastest process ever, but the service was fair and they took care of the issue.

I’ve had consultants make these kinds of calls feel stressful before, so I usually blame the person on the other end when the experience turns awkward. But mine was really polite and clearly knew her stuff. She answered all my questions without rushing me or trying to push extra stuff on me. The order details were easy to understand, and she actually followed up when she said she would. Overall, it was a really smooth experience.

"Feels dated compared to sites I’ve used lately"
The site works fine, but after browsing a few newer home decor sites recently, this one just feels outdated. Some pages look decent at first, but then the layout starts to feel cluttered, like there’s too much packed into one place.
The photos are okay, and I could still find my way around, but the overall look doesn’t feel very clean or modern. Maybe I’m just used to sleeker websites now, but I expected a home decor brand to have a more polished feel

"Pretty pieces, but not as durable as I hoped"
I bought a few kitchen items from Princess House because I really liked the way they looked, they did make my kitchen feel a little fancier at first. The shipping was fine too, nothing amazing but no real issues either.
After using them normally for a few months, though, one of the pans started peeling and the handle on one lid became loose. For the price, I personally expected them to feel sturdier and last longer. They’re not awful, but I was definitely hoping for better quality.

I bought a pan from princesshouse.com it’s been great. Food barely sticks to it, so cleanup is literally done in no time. I just wash it quick and put it away.

"Upfront pricing made it easier"
I was feeling a bit pressured to get my order done quickly, so I really appreciated that the prices were easy to find and I didn’t have to click around a bunch to figure out the cost. The totals were clear before checkout too, which made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful. It’s a simple thing, but it makes a difference. I’d shop here again.

"Nice pans, but I’m a little torn"
I was excited when I first started using these because they look really nice and they do cook evenly. But then I got a bit frustrated when food still stuck here and there, and the handles got hotter than I expected. So yeah, I like them, but I don’t totally love them. For the price, I guess I was just hoping they’d feel a little more impressive.

"Pretty solid for the price"
I picked up a few kitchen items i’m happy with them. They don’t have that cheap look or feel, which is always a relief, and everything has been working great so far. For the price, I’d say they’re definitely worth it. Can’t complain, my kitchen is slowly pretending to be more organized than it actually is

i ordered from princesshouse.com and it was mostly okay. the site ran a bit slow for me, and checkout took a couple tries before it finally went through. i did get my confirmation email after a little while. not a terrible experience, just wish it had been a bit smoother.

"They actually had the kitchen stuff I needed"
I was mainly focused on grabbing a few kitchen items, so I didn’t pay much attention to all the extra stuff on the site. What stood out to me was that almost everything I wanted was actually in stock. I’ve had it happen before where something looks available and then disappears at checkout, but that wasn’t the case here. I found what I needed quickly, didn’t have to wait around, and the whole thing was easy enough. I’d order again
